A breathing building is a novel idea indeed.
Accidental growth of trees on walls of buildings are a serious danger to the structure espl if large trees starts to grow on the buildings. This seems to be a unique idea and I am sure they have considered the damage to the structure it may cause after say 10 - 15 years unless the country has policy of reconstruction after every 5 -10 years... in India with no such law, I feel this concept can be dangerous.
