There is one of these in Crown Casino melbourne Australia.. been there for years now.. IT doesnt put any current through you simply vibrates the handles like crazy.. very very hard to hold on until the max power is reached but yeah.. nothing special.. definately nothing that would invoke a lawsuit!

It most game arcades that I have been in have one of those. Great fun when you have had a drink.

The vibrate real fast and if you have recently had a dislocated shoulder can be very painful.
