i don’t understand what’s importance of British Royal Family outside England, especially in India??? why is every event related to them given so hype from media that they r enthusiastically written and read by millions??

Hi Siddesh, its not that I have any personal liking for the Royal family. But its just that I enjoy reading about them, that is if I come across some news related . I don’t specifically search for gossip related to these Royals.

They are celebs....so they are bound to attract attention.

why r they celebs? they aren’t artists or sportspersons...its form of ’formalized mental slavery’...

Siddesh even the Britons don’t know why there is so much a fuss abt the Royal Family, Half of them couldn’t be bothered, But given our history and our fascination for gossip, it’s quite natural for us to mouth some words as well. In Deepa’s defense...I think it’s a cool gossip post, no harm done in reading it either!
