Either by penalizing or rewarding, its great to see entire country participating in green efforts. And a train running on biogas - fantastic!

In India we lack decision power, our leaders instead of making and catalysing for progress, harming more.By creating common civic facilities[like Sulabh Shauchalay] in slums area and at railway staions, and even by joining sewarage lines and utilising ’bio’ resources and even recovering Urea[from urinals],this country of ours can get plenty of energy, and can also save the environment, together with creating civic facilities.
