Countries like Japan and many European nations have created some true Engineering marvels to challenge and win their fight against natural disasters, which they have to face due to their geographical locations and than there are countries (unfortunately) like India where inspite of having no major natural handicap, people and govt fail miserably due to lack of will and effort. Lots we all can learn from these hard working and brave nations.
