Superb... though it makes u feel like we may be over doing it in terms of carbon footprint maping, but even the fact that we can know and reduce the extra electricity used in the house makes this gadget very useful...

Yeah, its a must to have such monitoring gadgets that make us aware of our irresponsible energy usage. Also it helps kids understand in a simpler way right from childhood that we need to be careful with our energy consumption.

Oh yes, its a family thing. The whole family can get involved in monitoring their energy use and can say, cut down one day if they overused it the previous day :)
For kids it will be fun and at the same time learn to be more responsible with resource usage. It sounds good!
