Nice jeans! But, at the risk of being called old-fashioned, I prefer the long cotton summer dresses and high-heels worn by women in the forties and fifties, (even if I wasn’t around at the time). Elegant, feminine, and I for one miss them......

Michael,today’s jeans are also well-designed to retain the femininity of a woman. Teamed with appropriate blouses or tops, an lady can look as elegant and feminine in jeans as in other dresses. I also agree with you that summer dresses look chic!

Interesting. Denim jeans were created for gold prospectors and miners during the gold rush and now they come studded with gold, diamonds and ruby!
Isn’t it actually amusing to know that originally made for miners, denim jeans are now being encrusted with the stuff dug out by miners only.
